Cancellations

All appointment changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Last-minute cancellations and reschedules will be charged 50% of the originally booked services.

All no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the service total.


Running Late

We offer a 10 minute grace period on all appointments. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we can’t guarantee that we can still accommodate any or all of your booked services. Please leave early + plan for traffic!

If we cannot accommodate what you have scheduled, we will work with you to get you rescheduled. However, you will be subject to our Cancellation Policy.


Extra Guests

No kids, friends, significant others, or extra guests of any kind are allowed in the suite during your appointment. We are unable to make exceptions.

We have a comfy waiting area in the front lobby where your guest can relax until your appointment is finished!
